Securayer Obtains Intellectual Property Management Certification! Official Recognition of IP-Based Security Capabilities

Securayer, a company specializing in AI-based security solutions, announced that it has obtained the 'Intellectual Property Management Certification' organized by the Korean Intellectual Property Office on July 7.
The 'Intellectual Property Management Certification' is a nationally recognized certification system that comprehensively evaluates how effectively a company manages and utilizes its IP.
It is not simply awarded for having a large number of patents;
to obtain this certification, companies must meet ten stringent criteria, including ▲activation of employee inventions, ▲proportion of IP-based product sales, and ▲number of domestic and international patents held.
Since 2016, Securayer has continuously pursued the acquisition of intellectual property and patent applications by integrating the latest technologies such as AI, big data, and cloud computing based on core technologies for SIEM and SOAR solutions.
As a result, the company currently holds 63 registered patents in Korea and 4 registered patents overseas, securing numerous patents in key technology areas such as 'security monitoring and threat response systems', 'data collection and analysis', and 'UI/UX technology'.
This demonstrates that Securayer's accumulated technological capabilities and intellectual property utilization capabilities have led to tangible results.
This certification can be seen as an official recognition of Securayer's IP-centered management system, which is based on patent-driven research and development and commercialization.
In particular, the ability to simultaneously realize technology protection and the business utilization of intellectual property has been highly valued as a differentiated competitive advantage in the advanced field of cybersecurity.
With the acquisition of the Intellectual Property Management Certification, Securayer will enjoy various benefits in the future, including ▲designation as a priority examination target for patents, ▲reduction of annual registration fees (4-9 years) from the Korean Intellectual Property Office, ▲reduction of costs for using the patent valuation system (SMART5), ▲additional points for participating in various support projects organized by the Korean Intellectual Property Office, and ▲reduction of implementation guarantee insurance premiums.
This is expected to maximize the value of intellectual property utilization and accelerate the enhancement of technological competitiveness.
CEO Jeon Joo-ho of Securayer stated, “As the leading security company in the procurement market, we view intellectual property not just as a means of technology protection but as a core pillar of our business strategy,” and expressed his ambition to “lead the future of the cybersecurity industry through IP-centered technology management and to integrate technological innovation and intellectual property protection into a single strategy.”
This Intellectual Property Management Certification will serve as an important milestone in Securayer's journey to integrate technological innovation and IP protection into a single strategy. We look forward to your continued interest in Securayer's growth and innovative technologies.
