The existing manual security operations were unable to respond quickly to sophisticated threats. The process of analyzing over 400GB of security logs daily resulted in slow detection speeds and limitations in distinguishing false positives from true positives.
We implemented eyeCloudXOAR (SIEM, SOAR) and eyeCloudAI. In particular, we established an AI-based automated response system and created detection models optimized for National Tax Service data to enhance accuracy.
This dramatically shortened the speed of threat detection and response (analyzing and blocking tens of thousands of attacks in under one second) and improved the efficiency of security operations. By building a defense system utilizing AI, we were able to protect taxpayer information more securely.
