NICE Information & Communication is a company specialized in the ICT field, playing a crucial role in the efficient establishment and operation of the entire NICE Group's IT systems.
By expanding the scope of log collection for corporate information systems, we have established a big data-based integrated security monitoring system for cyber incident prevention activities and post-incident investigations. We commissioned the project to ensure a rapid response system in the event of an incident, and after a thorough review of various products from qualified vendors with a proven track record in the domestic first financial sector, we confidently adopted the SecuLayer solution as it aligns with our implementation goals and future objectives.
To introduce an integrated security monitoring system across the entire NICE Group, we proactively initiated the implementation starting with NICE Information & Communication. We integrated all security device data using eyeCloudSIM for centralized management and enabled correlation analysis of multiple events to respond swiftly to various threats.
After establishing a plan to efficiently link the internal compliance of various group affiliates, we proceeded with a phased implementation at NICE Holdings and NICE D&B.
