To comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and information security guidelines, it was necessary to strengthen the medical information protection system. The log management systems of the 32 local medical centers across the country were decentralized, making integrated management and analysis difficult.
The eyeCloudSIM solution was implemented in all 32 medical centers nationwide. This allowed for the centralized management of security logs generated by each medical institution, enhancing real-time search and analysis capabilities. Additionally, a large-scale log processing and distributed processing-based architecture was applied to efficiently store and manage data.
By establishing an integrated security operation system among national medical institutions, we strengthened the capability to protect medical data. A centralized security log and long-term storage system were established to ensure the continuity of medical services, while optimizing security audit and regulatory response systems to improve security operation efficiency. This laid the foundation for safely protecting patients' medical data and ensuring the reliability and integrity of medical information.
