As digital transformation accelerates, there have been limitations in detecting and responding to sophisticated attacks in real-time. Previously, the detection accuracy was low, leading to a high volume of repetitive analysis tasks.
By introducing eyeCloudXOAR (SIEM, SOAR) and the AI-based eyeCloudAI, we have enhanced the security monitoring system. We upgraded the AI detection model and applied reinforcement learning.
By applying the AI-based detection model, we increased the detection accuracy to over 95%, and improved it to allow real-time model updates with just one feedback data point. This has reduced the workload of security monitoring personnel.
