As digital transformation accelerates, there have been limitations in detecting and responding to intelligent attacks in real-time. Previously, the detection accuracy was low, leading to repetitive analysis tasks.
We have advanced the security monitoring system by introducing eyeCloudXOAR (SIEM, SOAR) and the AI-based eyeCloudAI. We upgraded the AI detection model and applied reinforcement learning.
By applying the AI-based detection model, we increased the detection accuracy to over 95% and improved the system to allow real-time model updates with just one feedback data point. This has reduced the workload of security monitoring personnel.
