Securayer Selected as a 'Family-Friendly Certified Company'

Securayer has been selected as a 'Family-Friendly Certified Company.'
Securayer (CEO Jeon Joo-ho) announced on the 16th that it has been recognized for its contribution to enhancing national competitiveness by supporting the balance between work and life, and has been designated as a 'Family-Friendly Certified Company.'
The 'Family-Friendly Certification System' is overseen by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family and was introduced to foster a family-friendly culture within companies, awarding certification to businesses and institutions that strive for family-friendly management.
Securayer stated, "To create a family-friendly workplace culture, we operate various welfare programs, including 'SL Family Day,' which allows flexible adjustment of commuting times, and we support family health check-ups and the use of family leisure facilities to enhance employee welfare," adding, "We are also continuously developing and expanding welfare programs for childbirth and parenting, such as maternity and paternity leave, and parental leave."
Additionally, Securayer has been recognized for providing a broad range of welfare programs, including long-service awards and bonuses, and the operation of club days, and was awarded the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award in the labor-management category at the 7th 'Korea's Most Loved Companies' in 2019.
