SecuLayer Selected as 'Youth-Friendly Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise' for 5 Consecutive Years

SecuLayer (CEO Jeon Joo-ho), a company specializing in AI-based big data analysis and automation solutions, announced on the 4th that it has been selected as a 'Youth-Friendly Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise for 2024' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
SecuLayer has been recognized as a youth-friendly small and medium-sized enterprise multiple times over the past five years since 2020, as stated in the announcement.
The Youth-Friendly Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise program is an initiative implemented annually since 2016 by the Ministry of Employment and Labor to improve the perception of small and medium-sized enterprises and encourage youth employment in these sectors. Companies are selected based on high scores received through evaluations in areas such as wages, work-life balance, and employment stability, as well as on-site inspections.
This year, the selection criteria were significantly revised to enhance the purpose and value of the youth-friendly small and medium-sized enterprise designation, with a reasonable reduction in the number of selected companies (from over 1,000 to around 500) and an extension of the certification period (from 1 year to 3 years). As a result, the 2024 youth-friendly small and medium-sized enterprises demonstrated superior performance in aspects such as wage levels, new hiring, youth worker ratios, and employment security compared to general companies.
SecuLayer not only implements recruitment systems aimed at creating youth employment every year but also operates various talent development programs such as talent recommendation rewards, self-development support, and industry-academia cooperation agreements.
Additionally, to ensure work-life balance for employees and secure employment stability, the company conducts club activities through "Siso Day" on the last Friday of every month, a long-term service award system, awards for the best/excellent employees of the year, employee of the month recognition, snack provisions, and cafeteria operations.
CEO Jeon Joo-ho stated, “We are implementing welfare systems that reflect the voices from the workplace through departmental meetings and surveys to ensure that employees can work in a high-quality work environment,” and added, “We will create an environment where young talents can enjoy working with SecuLayer, which values communication and collaboration.”
SecuLayer is engaged in numerous information security projects based on AI and Cloud-based big data analysis and automation technologies, including eyeCloydSIM (Integrated Log Management Solution - LMS), eyeCloudXOAR SIEM (Integrated Security Management Solution - SIEM), eyeCloudXOAR SOAR (Integrated Security Analysis and Response Solution - SOAR), eyeCloudAI (Artificial Intelligence Analysis Solution - AI), and eyeCloudSIM for SaaS (Cloud Native SaaS Solution - Cloud).
