SecuLayer's Executive Director Yoo Jin-sang Receives Minister's Award at the '2024 SW R&D Excellence Performance Exchange and Award Ceremony'

SecuLayer, a company specializing in AI-based big data analysis and automation solutions (CEO Jeon Joo-ho), announced on the 26th that it has recorded a 59% market share and ranked first in sales in the domestic SIEM, SOAR, and AI procurement market in the first half of 2024.

SecuLayer (CEO Jeon Joo-ho) announced on the 9th that Executive Director Yoo Jin-sang received the Minister's Award for excellence in research and development in the software field at the '2024 SW Research and Development (R&D) Excellence Performance and Award Ceremony' held at the L Tower in Yangjae-dong, Seoul.

Executive Director Yoo Jin-sang of SecuLayer has achieved remarkable results in R&D project execution, domestic and international paper presentations, and domestic and international patent applications and registrations. In particular, by open-sourcing core new technologies such as XAI, AutoML, LLM, and HPO, he has significantly contributed to the advancement of domestic original technology. This award is a recognition of the excellence of the project 'Development of Automated Technology for Recommending Big Data Analysis Models Defining Data Characteristics and Problems.'

The core technology 'AutoAPE' is an innovative technology that automatically generates the optimal big data analysis model according to the characteristics of the data and the purpose and intent of the analysis. Just as an ape learns on its own and evolves into a model that surpasses human levels, AutoAPE supports even non-experts in easily analyzing and utilizing big data. This technology was developed over four years with support from the Information and Communication Technology Planning and Evaluation Institute (IITP) under the 'SW Computing Industry Source Technology Development Project (2020-0-00107)'.

Executive Director Yoo Jin-sang stated, "Through the development of AutoAPE, we have strived to enhance the accessibility of big data and AI technologies for both public and private sectors and contribute to the development of the new technology ecosystem," and added, "We will continue to secure irreplaceable competitiveness through constant research and development."
