SecuLayer Signs MOU with Uzbekistan's State-Owned Telecommunications Company 'Uztelecom'

SecuLayer has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Uzbekistan's largest state-owned telecommunications company, Uztelecom, to accelerate its entry into the Central Asian market.
Uztelecom, owned and managed by the Uzbekistan government, plays a crucial role in building and managing the national communication infrastructure and currently collaborates with approximately 230 public institutions and enterprises.


Key officials from both companies, including Hasanov Nazirjon, Chairman of Uztelecom, and Jeon Kyung-sik, Head of the Solutions Division at SecuLayer, attended the signing ceremony.
Through this MOU, the two companies agreed to support the SIEM and SOAR business collaboration led by Uztelecom, hold joint marketing events for entering the Uzbekistan market, and jointly discover local technology partners.
Additionally, based on South Korea's experience in establishing cybersecurity centers, they plan to propose the construction of a new data center in Uzbekistan!
Furthermore, an MOU has also been signed with 'TrustTech,' a cybersecurity specialist in Uzbekistan's financial sector.

TrustTech is a specialized company in the financial sector that is engaged in cybersecurity-related work with 15 banks in Uzbekistan.
Key officials from both companies, including Otabek Boltaboev, CEO of TrustTech, attended the signing ceremony.
The two companies plan to focus on technical and business cooperation for financial institutions in Uzbekistan and market expansion through joint proposals of SIEM and SOAR products specialized for the financial sector.
With these two MOUs, SecuLayer has established a strong business foundation in two key areas: Uzbekistan's public telecommunications infrastructure and financial market.
Starting with Uzbekistan, SecuLayer plans to accelerate its business expansion into the global market, including Central Asia!
